  Jennifer Moriarty - Realtor®
 
    
Jennifer Moriarty has quickly become  the highest producing young Realtor in the Keller Williams - Conroe Market Center.  She graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science with a minor in Architecture.  She learned early on that she wanted to pursue a career in sales, and eventually found the perfect fit in Real Estate.

Jacob Hebert - Director of Technology
 
    
      
     
Jacob is the Director of Technology at the Keller Williams Conroe/Lake Conroe/Huntsville Market Center.  He is able to offer Keller Williams agents and staff immediate technical support and up to date IT training.  He researches and monitors trends in Online Advertising and Web Design to keep the Conroe Market Center well ahead of the competition. 
 
 
His other responsibilities include graphic design and website management  for both his Market Center and its agents.  He manages all technical hardware and networking equipment.  He is dedicated to working hard for his agents so they can work hard for you.
  
 
  
Dave Roedel - Team Leader
 
    
Dave is the Team Leader for the Keller Williams Conroe/Lake Conroe/Huntsville Market Center.  Prior to joining the company in 2005, he was acting as a Real Estate Consultant and National Trainer.  Dave has been in the Real Estate Industry since 1977.  He has in-depth experience as an industry leader in property management, investment strategy and title insurance.
 
As Team Leader, Dave is like the CEO of the Market Center.  The Team leader is responsible for attracting the top associates in their market area, developing training opportunities to address the needs of associates, provide leadership, guidance, and accountability to help agents meet and exceed their production goals.  In addition to the above, Dave manages the staff and expenses associated with the operation of the market center.
          
 
  
Janine Ford - Market Center Administrator
 
   
      
  
Janine joined Keller Williams in 2001.  As the Broker of Record, she reviews the legal aspects and terms of all contracts to ensure a smooth transaction, providing guidance through the negotiation and closing processes.  Being a non-competing broker, she is available to answer any and all questions that our 200+ agents may have.  As the Market Center Administrator, she is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Market Center while focusing on maintaining accurate financial reporting so that our agents get the most from the Keller Williams Profit Share System.
 
 
A Passion for real estate, finances and problem solving, make her a perfect match for this fast-paced position.  In 2006, Janine was recognized by Keller Williams Realty International as a Double-Platinum Award Winner for her work in controlling the finances in the Conroe Market Center.
